“Beyond Graduation: Career Opportunities” A One Day Seminar on “Beyond Graduation: Career Opportunities” was organized by the Career Counseling Cell of Dharmendrasinhji Arts College – Rajkot on 07 March 2026 at the College Auditorium from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The seminar aimed to guide undergraduate students about various career opportunities available after graduation and to help them make informed decisions about their future. The programme was organized under the guidance of the Principal Dr. Paresh Raval, and the seminar was coordinated by Dr. Jagat Teraiya, Coordinator of the Career Counseling Cell. The seminar featured several distinguished speakers from reputed institutions and organizations who shared their valuable knowledge and experiences with the students. The invited speakers included: Mr. Rushi Yadav, Department of Management, Marwadi University – Rajkot Ms. Devyani Thanki, All Course Counselor, Administration Department, Marwadi University – Rajkot Dr. Chirag H. Madhak, Assistant Professor, Smt. J.J.K. Graduate Teachers' College – Rajkot Dr. Jalpa Y. Borisaniya, Assistant Professor, PDM Graduate Teachers College – Rajkot Dr. Ila P. Virani, Assistant Professor, PDM Graduate Teachers College – Rajkot Ms. Kruti Thakkar, Branch Head, Global Colliance Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Each speaker addressed different aspects of career planning. They discussed higher education opportunities, competitive examinations, professional courses, skill development, and emerging career paths available for students after graduation. The speakers also highlighted the importance of developing practical skills, communication abilities, and continuous learning in today’s competitive environment. Ms. Kruti Thakkar provided valuable insights about overseas education opportunities, global career prospects, and the process of studying abroad, which was highly informative for the students. Students actively participated in the seminar and interacted with the speakers during the discussion session. The programme proved to be very informative and motivating for the students as it provided clarity about various career paths and opportunities available after completing graduation.
