The Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at our Dharmendrasinhji Arts College, Rajkot campus on 26th January 2026. The programme commenced at 9:00 a.m. with the gathering of NCC Cadets, NSS Volunteers, students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff. The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by Dr. Ashvin Punjani Sir, followed by the National Anthem, which filled everyone with a sense of pride and unity. In the address that followed, the Principal highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution and encouraged students to uphold the values of democracy, equality, and responsibility. Commanding by NCC Cadet. Various cultural programme were organized by the students, including patriotic songs, dances, speeches, and a skit depicting the sacrifices of freedom fighters. The performances were well appreciated and reflected the love and respect for the nation among the students.
