માનનીય ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ કમિશનરશ્રી નાગરાજન સર, અધિક કમિશનર, શ્રી નારાયણ માધુ સર અને રાજ્ય SSIP અને ધર્મેન્દ્રસિંહજી આર્ટસ કોલેજ રાજકોટની ઇનોવેશન ટીમની સંપૂર્ણ માર્ગદર્શિકા અને સમર્થન હેઠળ રાજકોટ જિલ્લાની કોલેજો માટે "એક દિવસીય સમર ઇન્ડક્શન તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમ" તા. 24/05/2022 નાં રોજ યોજાયો હતો. આ તમામ કોલેજોના કુલ 93 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને 23 કો -ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રીઓએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. આ તાલીમને સફળ બનાવવા ગુજકોસ્ટના ટ્રેનર્સની ટીમ તરફથી મિસ. શુભા મહેતા ટ્રેનર તરીકે હાજર રહ્યા હતા. તેણીએ તમામ દસ કીટ અને ગેજેટ્સના ઉપયોગ વિશે ખૂબ જ રસપ્રદ રીતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સચોટ માહિતી આપી હતી. કાર્યક્રમને સફળ બનાવવા જિલ્લાના નોડલ અને ધર્મેન્દ્રસિંહજી આર્ટસ કોલેજ રાજકોટના આચાર્ય ડો.અરૂણેન્દ્રસિંહ રાઠોડે ભારે જહેમત ઉઠાવી હતી. કૉલેજનાં ઈનોવેશન ક્લબના તમામ કમિટી મેમ્બરો દ્વારા ઉપયોગી માર્ગદર્શન તેમજ પ્રોત્સાહન આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમનું સફળ સંચાલન અને આયોજન ધર્મેન્દ્રસિંહજી આર્ટસ કોલેજ, રાજકોટના સંયુક્ત સંયોજક ડો. હાર્દિક ગોહિલ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ DIY કિટ્સનો અનુભવ કર્યો ત્યારે તેમનો ઉત્સાહ અમર્યાદિત હતો. વાસ્તવમાં, વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ એક દિવસની તાલીમને બદલે વધુ દિવસોની તાલીમ માટે વિનંતી કરી, જે દર્શાવે છે કે ઇનોવેશન તાલીમ ખૂબ જ રસપ્રદ અને ઉપયોગી છે. તાલીમના ભાગરૂપે ભાગ લેનારાઓને નાસ્તો, લંચ અને બે વખત ચા પણ આપવામાં આવી હતી. વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ખૂબ જ સકારાત્મક પ્રતિસાદ અને રાષ્ટ્રગીત સાથે તાલીમ સત્ર સમાપ્ત થયું. One Day Summer Induction Training Program for colleges of Rajkot district was conducted under total guideline and support of Hon'ble Commissioner of Higher Education Shree Nagrajan sir, additional commissioner of higher education Shree Narayan Madhu sir and State SSIP and innovation team of Dharmendrasinhji Arts College Rajkot on 24/05 /2022. A total number of 93 students and 23 coordinating academicians from all these colleges participated. To make this training a success, Miss Shubha Mehta was present as the trainer from the team of trainers of Gujcost. She gave accurate information about all the ten kits and the usages of the gadgets to the students in a very interesting manner. To make the program a success, the nodal of the district and the principal of Dharmendrasinhji Arts College,Rajkot Dr. Arunendrasinh Rathore made all efforts. Useful guidance as well as encouragement was given by all the committee members of the innovation club of our institute . Successful management and planning of the program was done by the joint coordinator of Dharmendrasinhji Arts College,Rajkot - Dr. Hardik Gohil. The responses given by the students reflected that the training being conducted by the Government is very beneficial and educative to all the students. The enthusiasm and excitement of the students was boundless when they had hands-on experience with the DIY kits. In fact, the students urged for more days instead of one day training which indicates that the innovation training is very interesting and useful. Breakfast, lunch and twice tea were also provided to the participants as part of the training. The training session ended with a very positive feedback from the students and the national anthem.
